LYRICS:
(Psalms 44:23-26) Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever. Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and forgettest our affliction and our oppression? for our soul is bowed down to the dust: our belly cleaveth unto the earth. Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies’ sake.
(Psalms 42:3) My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?
(Matthew 26:39) O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
(Esther 4:16) And if I perish, I perish.
(Psalms 62:5-8) My soul, wait thou only upon God: for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
(Psalms 127:1) Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it.
(Psalms 130:6) My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning.
(Habakkuk 2:1) I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me.
(Psalms 139:23-24) Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way ever lasting.
(Proverbs 2:3-5) Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; if thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
(Mark 6:31) Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while.
(Luke 17:21) Behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
(John 4:14) Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
(John 10:27) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.
(I John 2:5) Whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
(Ephesians 2:10) We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
(Habakkuk 3:17-19) Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.
(II Timothy 4:18) And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
(Acts 4:20) For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
(Proverbs 13:12) Hope deferred maketh the heart sick, but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.
(Psalms 107:8) Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
(Isaiah 26:3-4) Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is ever lasting strength.
(I Timothy 1:17) Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
